Gift vouchers may only be redeemed once and may not be exchanged for cash value or refunded in any way.

The gift voucher features a unique reference ID code.

In order to be redeemed, an advance booking must be made online or via phone, referencing the ticket code.

Lost gift vouchers will not be reimbursed or replaced without proof of sale and unique reference ID code confirmation.
