Our packages are designed to offer a premium, comprehensive dining experience, ensuring maximum enjoyment for you and your guests. Remember, bespoke options, including full traditional buffet setups, are always available upon request!
Pearl Package:
- On arrival – Kir Royale or Pint of Guinness, Fresh Carlingford Oysters. Freshly made finger sandwiches and baked scones.
- Dinner: 4-course dinner, choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, Tea/Coffee and Petit Fours.
- Drinks: Half bottle of house wine per person.
- Evening: Stone Baked Pizza Slices.
- €80 per person.
Opal Package:
- On Arrival- Glass of Champagne for all guests, Lobster Pate Bilini's and Carlingford Oysters. Charcuteire and Cheese Board, Freshly Baked Scones
- Dinner: 5-course dinner, choice of 2 starters, soup course, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, Tea/Coffee and Petit Fours.
- Drinks: Half Bottle of Premium wine per person
- Evening: Stone Baked Pizza Slices & Mini Fish and Chips.
- €100 per person.
We understand every wedding is unique. Paul and Chef Ania will work with you to tailor menus to specific dietary needs or preferences, whether you prefer fine dining plates or hearty traditional Irish food. We also offer the option for exclusive hire of the entire bar for your celebration, guaranteeing absolute privacy and a truly personal atmosphere for your Day Two or reception.
For larger celebrations (over 70 guests): To ensure seamless perfection and service flow, we provide a set starter and dessert, while offering a choice of main course for your guests.
Capacity Notes: Our maximum guest numbers are 100 during peak season (June, July, August, September) and 75 during all other months.
